Black Hat was established in 2007 by Raj Bhanushali, after a whirlwind career as a talent engagement manager with India’s leading event management agencies.
We are a single-resource artist and talent solutions provider offering customizable, end-to-end talent management for corporate events, private shows, or any other medium of marketing communication, including brand endorsements.
In a conscious shift away from the role played by traditional artiste managers, we at Black Hat see ourselves as partners to our clients, offering specialized services that contribute to the event as a whole.

- We take into account several key factors to zero in on options that will be effective in communicating and emphasizing the event and/or brand message.
- Once we have an understanding of the event requirement, we make our informed suggestions to the event management team to consider. Our ideas are based on an understanding of aspects like event theme and message, target audience and budget.
- We provide our clients with a docket of information, references, and relevant material, about the talent/artiste and performance to aid the client’s decision making process.
- Decision made, we then contribute to the smooth execution of the event by taking on the complete responsibility of the artiste/ performance as per the contract.
- We ensure there is complete clarity in expectations of delivery, from the point of view of both, artiste and client.

Black Hat has engaged with some of the world’s most talked-about performances. We have been instrumental in bringing to stage for the very first time in India, a number of world class artists/acts such as ‘Bond’, the best-selling electric string quartet from the UK, Tony Chapek from the US — heralded as the world's most original act, and Action Team-an acrobatic basketball show from Turkey.
